Ceyear 3871 Series Solid-state Power Amplifier

The 3871 series solid state power amplifier has a maximum operating frequency of up to 170 GHz and can be divided into frequency bands to achieve power amplification of input signals within the corresponding operating frequency range. It features wide bandwidth, high gain, and high power, as well as functions such as adjustable gain, power stabilization, output power display, and remote control.

The 3871 series solid state power amplifier are composed of multiple amplifiers operating in different frequency bands. Among them, the 2GHz to 18GHz solid-state power amplifier and the 18GHz to 40GHz solid-state power amplifier are the latest ultra-wideband high-performance integrated devices launched by Ceyear Technology Co., Ltd. Developed using broadband high-power signal amplification and synthesis technology, this series of universal high-performance amplifiers can be used in the research and development, manufacturing, and maintenance support of communication equipment, and can also be widely applied in EMC testing, non-linear testing of high-power components, and many other fields. They are indispensable important instruments in broadband high-power test systems.

  • Intelligent Display & Interface: Includes a front-panel LCD displaying output power, internal temperature, and system status in real-time.
